Folks Project:
An evolution of friendship and love of music inspired Folks Project band to form during a special event held at Seattle Center for International Jazz Day in 2015.
Folks Project bandmembers consist of pianist Darrius Willrich, drummer D’Vonne Lewis and, bassist Evan Flory-Barnes. With the decline of art education in schools, Folks Project see their diverse music genre experience as the possible carrot which may inspire youth to play instruments. A contemporary blend of diverse genres however, they are grounded with an authentic music pedigree; without question, Folks Project is a band you need to experience!
